Jeffrey K. Child, M.D. – Board Member

Dr. Jeffrey Child joined Kern Radiology in 1984 for two years, until relocating to Redondo Beach. He then rejoined our group in 1998. Dr. Child graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1979, completing his residency in radiology at the University of California Los Angeles in 1983 and completing a fellowship in CT and Ultrasound at the same institution in 1984. Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1983, Dr. Child specializes in diagnostic radiology, CT and Ultrasound.

Dr. Child’s personal interests include classical piano, skiing, tennis, and screenwriting. Kern Radiology considers Dr. Child to be a valuable member of our team serving as the group’s treasurer.
